Due to an on going problem of people changing their photo session appointments, I have had to come up with a cancellation policy. I do ask that when clients make an appointment they take into consideration that I usually only do one photo shoot a day, so when one appointment date gets changed that messes up my schedule for the entire day.
A non-refundable $50 deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your date and session. The remainder is due the day of your session.
Angela Vidrich Photography accepts payments via money orders, paypal, cash, credit card, or personal checks.
RETURNED CHECK POLICY:
All returned checks will incur a $45 returned check fee. In this case, I will also no longer accept anything but cash from the client.
All appointments that are cancelled due to an emergency when given 24-48 hour notice may be rescheduled. If the 2nd appointment time that was made is cancelled for any reason the client will lose the deposit made. If an appointment is cancelled, the client has up to 1 week to reschedule or they will loose the deposit. If a client cancels more than twice, the photographer reserves the right to not make any further appointments.
I feel the photographer/client relationship is built on mutual trust and respect. As such, I strive to be on time for your scheduled appointment, and ask that you give me the same courtesy. I understand that unforeseen circumstances occasionally occur. However, unless notified in a timely manner I will only wait 15 minutes past your scheduled appointment before leaving. If I have to leave, I will retain your deposit.
Angela Vidrich Photography has the right to cancel your session if, in the opinion of the PHOTOGRAPHER, inclement weather or other adverse conditions prevent creation of a portrait meeting the artistic standards of the PHOTOGRAPHER. If Angela Vidrich Photography cannot preform duties due to weather, act of God, or other cause beyond the control of the parties, or due to Photographer’s illness or emergency, or any other reasoning, then the Photographer shall refund the paid deposit fee to the Client. Clients are also welcome to use the deposit to reschedule for another date and time.
